More Volatile Than Covid?

As you can expect, investors are getting tired of this.
Bloomberg highlighted yesterday the never-ending frustration caused by these wild swings. We’re seeing MORE VIOLENT moves than we did during COVID.
This chart is insane to me…
We’re not seeing a more volatile period than COVID (although the Fed did step in in late March 2020). We’re a full month past where those injections came.
The market's wild swings stem from constantly shifting White House policies, which are announced with little warning, making traditional market predictions nearly impossible.
As Freedom Capital Markets strategist Jay Woods notes, "This is very frustrating. Everyday is just uncertainty, uncertainty, uncertainty. We expect one thing to happen and then another thing happens."
