The Russell 2000 ETF (IWM) has been negative on hourly readings for two days, and we’re seeing weakness compound. The S&P 500 ETF (SPY) still holds above its 50-day moving average, but it isn’t easy to see direction yet. The good news for the market is that there has been increasing buying strength in tech stocks and a bit of a recovery today in cyclicals.
