Equity Storm Watch Is GREEN on the S&P 500 and GREEN on the Russell 2000

This morning, we get started with a slight uptick in stock futures, building on last week’s rally after the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 50 basis points to support the economy against potential job growth slowdowns. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures are up 20 basis points, pushing stock indexes to new highs as investors remain optimistic.

As we move through this busy week, concerns about China’s economy quickly become the main attraction. With slow growth, high unemployment, and troubles in the real estate sector, calls are intensifying for the government to step in with major support.

We'll be keeping a close eye on any updates from the PBOC. Any significant moves by China could greatly impact global economic trends, meaning traders need to be ready to adjust their strategies as developments from the world's second-largest economy unfold.
