Risk: At the Risk of Missing Out (XLK)

This market is all stimulus and tech... so here's tomorrow's lottery ticket.

Dear Fellow Expat:

If the PCE figure comes in lower than expected, tech will rip. And given that there’s a parabolic potential for tomorrow, I figure that any speculator would want this pick.

So… here goes…

Buy the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) September 26, 2024 $230 call for $0.16 or less. The odds on this are low… but if we gap up in the morning… this could pay off immensely.

This isn’t for the faint of heart… but we should take shots as capital aligns. For $16 or less… it’s worth the bet on a single contract. We’ll be adding a speculative portfolio where the risk and reward are interesting. There’s a 7% chance of making money…

But the upside is huge. Something to speculate on… and on the cheap.
