Dear Fellow Expat:
What is the purpose of Republic Risk?
Each morning, Republic Risk acts like a financial weather forecaster.
We look for early warning signs in global markets that could signal trouble ahead - like storm clouds gathering before rain.
We track how money moves around the world, watching for unusual patterns that could warn us about potential market downturns or opportunities for growth. We see what important buyers and sellers are doing with their money (especially CEOs and CFOs at companies) for clues on whether those storms are on the horizon.
We also monitor what could trigger these market storms and how central banks (like the Federal Reserve) might respond to calm the waters.
It is like monitoring ocean currents to predict where ships might face rough waters.
When our signals turn negative, it can signal troubles in the world's financial plumbing, rising liquidity challenges, and institutional outflows before broader events trigger selloffs.
Our system has successfully warned investors before several major market storms, including the regional banking crisis in 2023, the COVID-19 market crash in 2020, the GILT Crisis in October 2022, and the recent Nikkei crash in August (by four days).
When our warning lights turn yellow or red, it's usually a good time for investors to play it safe - either by taking some profits, hedging against risk, or building a cash position.
Finally, we take the most critical story of the day… usually one missed by mainstream media… and break it down. It might be a major risk… or a major opportunity. But you’ll be informed for today… tomorrow… and the years ahead.
So, let’s dive into it…
