The Only Real Lesson from Last Night's Super Bowl
I'm still tearing Kansas City logos off my walls and hoping this is the last "Taylor Swift" Super Bowl. There's gotta be an investment idea that comes out of this, right?
Dear Fellow Expat:
To say my daughter is into pageantry would be an understatement.
A Taylor Swift fan, she decorated the entire living room with KC lettering and this drawn picture of Patrick Mahomes.
She watched not a minute of the Super Bowl.
She just kept decorating the house in red and gold.
When she finally went to bed at halftime, it looked like Missourians had invaded us.
I stayed up and watched the rest of the game.
As Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni accepted the Vince Lombardi Trophy for leading the NFC team to the championship, I wished Amelia was still awake.
I could have taught her a valuable lesson in resilience.
Instead, I’ll just share a lesson that ties last night’s Eagles win to some of the best stocks in the market.
