It appears we have some new readers. Welcome. Welcome.

Typically, I do not start my morning letter with this type of introduction.

However, I want to stress a few things. Your welcome letter didn’t give you much insight into what we do and how we think. This was a Substack issue combined with programmer error. I’m going to update that letter today. It will largely consist of the worldview that we share here in this community.

I am grateful that you’re here… and I aim to ensure that nothing surprises you in the financial markets. In this letter, our signal (a quantitative assessment of flows in and out of the market) has a terrific track record of identifying and avoiding liquidity events (meaning huge selloffs in the market).
