I’ve been in STEW for almost two years. It’s up about 30% and pays a 4.3% dividend. I add to it regularly.
STEW charges a 2.2% fee, this seems too high to me.
It also pays a distribution.
It pays a 4.3% distribution, and trades at a 20% discount. I'm a fan. Buffett famously offers no dividend.
